Normal Wars
No agreement required for eitherside to initiate this type of war.
May either become; Player Kill War, Long Term war, or simply ends as a short lived conflict.
Not intended to be a long term/continuous conflicts.
Only last until everyone involved dies once.
Automatically considered when a faction attacks other faction more than once.

Explanation of Attacks
Attacks are defined as if you as a faction member go into another factions' turf and commit a hostile act against that factions' member, property (to include graffiti tagging if witnessed/caught in the act), regardless of the outcome. Any attacks are to be fully roleplayed events and should not fall under deathmatching behavior.

Killed Members, Participation, and Cooldowns
Killed members may not participate under any circumstances, this to includes kills made by LEO factions, imprisonment for 5 or more hours, and ajails in relation to the conflicts. The cooldown for any attack is 1 hour. This applies to the attacking faction.

Allies Restriction
You are allowed to use an ally during attacks under strict circumstances. You need to have circumstantial evidence that your faction and the other faction is allied, it has to be a worth-while alliance, it must be longer than two weeks. You may only use 1 allied faction per attack. The attack must not exceed 4 players in total and your faction needs to be 50% of the attacking party (2:2). If the rule is broken the faction directly involved in the war will be punished.

Weapon Restrictions
Grenades, molotovs, and sniper rifles may not be used. OOC /mask may not be used during this war.

End Conditions
Opposing faction is killed entirely (PK'ed from the conflict).
The war escalate into Long Term War or Player Kill War.
Agreements from both sides.
Faction management intervention to end the war.

Long Term Wars
Agreement of both factions, or Faction Management's decision to force the war.
Mutual agreement for the cooldowns between attacks can be made between involved factions prior to the war, if no agreement is made, the standard time will be automatically applied
If there are mutual agreement for higher or lesser cooldown time, it has to be documented via FG:RP forums, screenshot'd, and sent to the Head of Factions.
Intended for a long-lasting conflict with no win or lose term.

Killed members may re-involved themselves 24 hours after their death, to includes kills made by the LEO factions, or imprisonment for 5 hours or more, or ajails in relation to the conflict. Cooldown for any attack is 3 hours, unless there are mutual agreements for higher or lesser time. This applies to the attacking faction. Note: If there are mutual agreement for higher or lesser cooldown time, it has to be documented via FG:RP forums, screenshot'd, and sent to the Head of Factions. You're also responsible for keeping a documentation for yourself in case of issues.

Weapon Restrictions
Grenades, Molotovs, and OOC Mask may not be used during the Long Term Wars.

End Conditions
Mutual agreement from both factions, unless forced upon by the Faction Management
Mutual agreement to switch to a Player Kill War to end the war
If forced by faction management, must obtain FM's approval to end the war
Faction management intervention to end the war regulations. Claimed turf must continue to be actively used.
New factions may not be established in a claimed turf, except
Members of other factions who owns property within the turf are allowed to only use their properties. Not as a gathering spot or grouping point for their faction.
Entering another faction's turf for the sole reason of provocation is not allowed, and is a punishable offense.

Character Kill (CK) Regulations
Upon fully being initiated into a faction, you automatically give the faction leader CK perms however if you are trying to join the faction and you haven't been fully initiated yet, you will give PK perms and these will be authorised by the faction leaders and if they cannot make a decision then it will be taken upon an admin or the faction management team.

IC/OOC Reasons
CKs may only be done for IC reasons. OOC based CKs are forbidden.
